Re-activate Fitness Plan!

Tomorrow evening I will be returning to the gym. The gym and I have an on again, off again relationship but this time with the help of a gym membership, excellent classes and willpower, I’m going to commit to working out at least 4 days a week. The areas that I plan to target:

– My arms

– My abs

I’m pretty happy with my shape. I’m curvy but just need to tone things up. Get rid of the flab in problem areas. In order to prepare I’m drinking a ton of water. After my gym orientation, I plan to do the “Hip Hop” aerobics class. This week I am also planning to try out step (I’ve always LOVED step classes) and Mat Pilates. Here are my female figure inspirations (many of these women are older than me so they are my motivation to get it together!)
